The location of this hotel was amazing! It was just a few steps away from one of the famous springs and a short walk to the city center. Parking was also available right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and the large double bed was incredibly comfortable. the staff at this hotel were exceptional. the receptionist was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and the waiters in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. the breakfast and dinner buffets had a great variety of options, including a special menu for kids, which was perfect for our family. the spa area was also a bonus, and we loved having it mostly to ourselves in the evenings. We were even greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and fresh juice for the kids upon arrival.
There were a few small inconveniences during our stay. One was that the double bed had separated mattresses, which made it uncomfortable to sleep as a couple since there was often a gap between them.
